Dick Howe intentionally defamed me with malice to create hostile environment for me so my property wold be vandalized by angry homeowners who believe his lies.

Dick Howe refused to allow an inspection of association documents pursuant to Civ. §1365.2 in support of his defamatory statements and mishandling of funds.

As the association treasurer Dick Howe authorized HOA Assessments hike in violation of Civ. §1365 and Civ. §1366

As the association board member Dick Howe approved $2536.74 of fraudulent fines against me without due process. See video clip.

In addition Dick Howe entered into a contract with me worth $5,000 and now is refusing to pay.

Dick Howe stated "I have no intention of searching the law"

Dick Howe stated "the legal activity serve no useful purpose"

Folks we are in grave trouble in the Woodside Village HOA.

Editorial Opinion:    Board Members like Richard "Dick" Howe do not fight like men, nor do they behave like human beings. They are the worst example of accidents of nature which from time to time produce freaks in the species, freaks which are as horrific to contemplate as Medusa in ancient times. 

As with Medusa, those who look at them turn to stone, in their hearts, because when one regards Richard "Dick" Howe, one gets a glimpse into the mindset of pure, unadulterated evil. These are not men of God, as they like to proclaim, they are the consorts of Satan.
