 THE CASE WAS SETTLED!
This case was settled out of court so the exact settlement is unknown.
However, I have talk with the Plaintiff prior to trial and he told me that he will settle only if the Manager Saeid Hariri will pay him back all the many he fraudulently charged to Plaintiff in the closing escrow about $3,000.
So folks it is definitely good idea to sue Saeid Hariri and the Association for all fraudulent charges attached to the closing escrow.

The Woodside Village Manager Saeid Hariri is shopping for an incompetent Judge who will believe Hariri's BS testimony.

When Saeid Hariri received summons showing to appear on December 30, 2008 in the department C48 he realized that he will lose before Judge Flinn.
So on or about December 16, 2008 Hariri filed a request to postpone the small claims hearing and have it reassigned to the department C51 AT Central Justice Center to be held on 02/17/2009 at 05:00:00 PM.
This maneuver will guarantee to Mr. Saeid Hariri that the case will get before the Judge John S. Adams who will believe Mr. Hariri's BS by which Mr. Hariri gains an advantage in defending the $3,000 fraudulent fines/fees suit filed against the Woodside Village HOA by the Allan Corporation.

The Judge John S. Adams appears usually to be on some mind altering substance. He believes that he is smartest Texan on the California bench. In fact, being Texan, Judge John S. Adams appears as gravely challenged individual.
Moreover, Judge John S. Adams didn't deny to me that he took McGuire’s Masonic Oath as shown in the Masonic Handbook on pg. 183 and pg. 184., or any other Masonic Handbook and never deny to me having any connection, past or present to the Masonic Order as I have requested him to do in my correspondence dated July 6, 2006
Therefore, having taken the Secret Oaths KOL NIDRE & Masonic "Brothers in the Bond", as court officer, he is unfit to serve as California Superior Court Judge because such secret Oath does not recognizes the Judicial Oaths.
Should we impeach Judge John S. Adams from the court and ask for disbarment?.... Huh?
As is, Judge John S. Adams may be on his way to become another Orange County judicial failure like alcoholics Thomas j. Borris, Theodor Millard, child molestater Ronald C. Kline and OC Sheriff Mike Carona,... naming just some.
However, the question remains: Why is Saeid Hariri shopping for Judge John S. Adams?... are there any judicial irregularities?... are there unlawful contributions or conflicts of an interest?... did Woodside Village HOA violated any laws?... did Mr. Hariri dba Result Property Management violated any laws?... like the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (aka FDCPA), §15U.S.C.1692 et seq., and California's Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (California Civil Code § 1788, et seq.)?
We may find out soon.
Caveat, you as a homeowners and a members of the Woodside Village HOA are ultimately liable for every law violation perpetrated by the Management and the Board of Directors.
