Woodside Village HOA - Response to 4/09/07
Actually, Stanley is right on the fines being assesed. The Association is violating our due process, the civil code law, the Davis and Sterling Act and the City rules. This has been confirmed by at least 3 attorneys and the City. Both the city and housing authorities are investigating this issue. To give you an idea, a Class Action Suit is being considered.

Do your research, discuss it with other attorneys, read your rules and regulations from 1990-2002, and go to legal websites and be informed. That will be the only way to cure your ignorance. You choose to be anonymous, so I do too. 

Retaliation is a very strong feeling that the property manager pursues.
