I have noticed a large amount of mice, rats and ants crawling in the walls, along the walls, in my condo, on my patio, on the grass, along the side walks, in the laundry room, by the pool(s) and near the trash bins. I have seen dog and or cat poop in lawns along side walks. I have seen wasps stuck under the patio from above my complex and along walls near the pool and in the plain sight of children. The mice are destroying the value of my home. I'm afraid to get an estimate do to the damage it might be causing in the walls of my home. All the manager can tell me is, in his words, "If it's inside your home then it's your problem, but if it's outside then we will look into it." Well Mr. Hariri, how do you think it gets into my home? I don't think the problems are coming from the inside of my home leaking out, I might not be the smartest man on the planet but I believe they are coming from the outside...wouldn't you agree?

Aaron, Please notice that Mr. Hariri is wrong! The Association is responsible for everything inside except for surfaces. So everything inside walls is HOA responsibility.
The problem is that Mr. Hariri is not civilized, inteligent nor is he educated person so the dirt, rats and roaches are his friends. The only way to fix your problem is for us owners to fire Hariri and get better management.
