Woodside Village HOA - Stanley, $100,000+ in potential profit, idiot not to move out
You paid $70,000 for your Orange County 3bd 2bath condo TWO months BEFORE you began your tirade against HOA "tyranny".Interestingly enough, 2005 was also the year of a 10% assessment increase notice. From what I can tell you and your fellow HOA POWs pay $205 per month...$205 is almost UNHEARD of in Orange County these days. It is one of the lowest dues in your County!! As what has been suggested to you countless times, move out. Even if you sold now with real estate as low as it is, you'd make out with $100,000 in profit. Realize, you, are not doing any favors to those in your community who are trying to sell their home.

The HOA is subject to be run by lawful means as provided by the "Davis-Stirling Act" 2008 (Civil Code section 1350-1378). However in the Woodside Village the clique of lawless individuals, Aristatle Bustos, Steve Abenoza, Richard "Dick" Howe, Robert Henderson and loony Esq. John Devine hijacked the association by way of fraudulent election to conspire with Manager Saeid Hariri to extort and  terrorize the neighborhood with unlawful fines and towing and to pocket the money. It has been over 30 days and the HOA did not responded even though that it must respond to the Internal Dispute Resolution ["IDR"] as provided by §1363.830.(c) and §1363.840.(2) http://www.kandsonline.com

I do not know who you are "Shocked" probably the HOA coward who is affright to put his name on the line but I do not understand why you are so angry to run this HOA as provided by the law.

The HOA which is run as provided by the law has more value than the Saeid Hariri's HOA gulag. Every real estate agent is complaining about Hariri. Even US Department of Housing is considering action against him. Santa Ana police and City Council is taking closer look and District Attorney is not amused by his behavior.

If you want to increase the value of your property go to the meetings and help me to fire incompetent manager SAEID HARIRI a REAL ESTATE AGENT LIC. 00889456  dba, RESULT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT  [“HARIRI”] who violates Calif. Civil Code section 1350-1378 and is deadbeat to pay over $18,000 to a homeowner for violation of parking agreement.
